Bengu Sulusoglu

Member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Bengu SULUSOGLU is an attorney at law with expertise in commercial law and corporate law. She is involved in both advisory and litigation matters, representing French and international companies.

She leads all stages of litigation including the negotiation phases as well as the procedures before French civil and commercial courts.

Bengu also assists French and foreign investors in their cross-border projects.

She holds a Master 2 degree in “Private international law and international trade” from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Before founding SD AVOCATS, Bengu practiced in Parisian law firms specialized in business law.
