International Mobility of Managers and Employees

SD AVOCATS advises and assists its clients in the organization of the international mobility of their managers and employees, for the realization of different cross-border projects.

Our support consists of defining the optimal process for intra-group mobility of their managers and/or secondment of their employees, completing the necessary formalities for obtaining the appropriate authorizations (residence and work permits) as well as communicating with the competent French authorities (work inspection, prefectures, etc.).
